Archery is a sport of precision and accuracy that requires archers to be coachable and to possess Interpersonal skills for archery team competition. Archers must be committed to their training, passionate for archery, reliable to turn up on time and meet their target goals, must be detailed-oriented to master the shot process, have good communication skills with the coach and club members, and have confidence in themselves.

CHIA ARCHERY offers archery team-building activities to help you build employee collaboration to strategize a winning solution, build team trust, boost staff morale, and enhance camaraderie. Team-building archery activities are held at Ohlone Archery, 2301 Verna Court, San Leandro, CA 94577. Our program is suitable for executives, directors, managers, and employees. If your company is in the Bay Area or in the Silicon Valley technology corridor, or if you are visiting any companies in the region, consider adding our Team-Building activities to your business schedule.  We offer 2-hour and 4-hour programs. Classes are suitable for 4 to 16 people.
